We begin our day early with a fulfilling and exciting adventure - a grand tour of Krka. We start with a 2-mile ride along the emerald Krka waters towards one of the highest river waterfalls, Skradinski buk.

After a mile-long circular hike, we proceed to pedal toward the Visovac lake and Visovac island. These are sights of stupendous horticultural beauty and historical importance. A short boat ride is all it takes to reach the island, which is the property of the Franciscan order.

We are allowed to stay there for half an hour, which is just enough time to enjoy the island's meditative and serene atmosphere before returning to the lake's bank for a refreshing swim in the river.

Feeling energized in body and spirit, we continue cycling to another waterfall, Roški.

This waterfall is known for its rapids, a prehistoric cave that you can walk into, and excellent family-run buffets that serve nothing but delicious local food. You can enjoy your meal and dip your feet in the river.

There's also another opportunity to swim and gain a remarkable feeling of freshness in the middle of summer.

Overall, the grand tour of Krka is an unforgettable experience.
